I wore the watch during workouts, while lounging around, and even to bed on a few nights to try out the sleep tracking. With its lightweight design, metal link band, and 45mm display, the watch is comfortable to wear all day. The controls were very responsive, and navigating through features was easy and intuitive.
What really surprised me was the sheer number of features packed into this affordable smartwatch. I primarily used it for walking, but it supports tracking for a wide range of activities including running, swimming, basketball, tennis, golf, rowing, yoga, fitness training, dancing, and even equestrian sports. (Note: For golf, it tracks your steps, not your shots!) It also monitors heart rate, blood oxygen, stress levels, steps, and more. Plus, it includes women’s health tracking, music controls, sedentary reminders, and access to your smartphone’s voice assistant—all right from your wrist.
