The combination of these two smart lock companies will be very good for both the consumer and industry. One of the 5 questions a consumer should ask themselves before buying a smart lock is who makes the smart lock. While many new smart lock manufactures might have good technology, do they have lock experience and a reputation for helping consumers secure they home. This marriage between August Home and ASSA ABLOY combines both and excited to see what they do together to continue to offer consumers the ease-of-use and security they need to today's smart home.
