Tribit FlyBuds C2 True Wireless Bluetooth Earbuds Review
A few of the important features to look for when shopping for earbuds includes battery life, comfortability, control and sound quality. You don’t want to get a good-looking earbud that spends more time on the charging cord than in your ear. You also don’t want a pair of earbuds that have a good sound and fit in your ear comfortably. And lastly, you need to make sure the earbuds are easy to control. Earbuds require touch control, which can be very sensitive. Make sure the touch control is not too sensitive. One pair of earbuds we recently tested that had good sound, long lasting battery life and were easy to control were Tribit’s FlyBuds C2.

Performance
When we first unboxed the FlyBuds C2 earbuds and paired them to our smartphone, everything went well. The earbuds connected easily to our smartphone. We did have to get use to the sensitivity of the touch controls. But once we mastered it, it was enjoyable using the FlyBuds C2. We could even control our smart devices using Google Assistant enabled devices.
Then one day while testing the earbuds, one of the earbuds lost its connection and could not pair with our smartphone. We tried several things to get it to connect but it ended up losing its charge. We contacted Tribit support and found out we had to do a factor reset on the earbuds. What does that entail? Here is what we had to do:
- FlyBuds C2 Earbuds Reset Instruction - Step1:Turn off the left and right earbuds. Touch and hold the touch area for 10 seconds (at the 6th second, the earbuds will turn on with the white indicator light flashing, keep touching the earbuds at this moment until the white indicator light is always on).
- Step2:When the white indicator light is always on, double touch the left and right earbuds within 5 seconds to enter the reset state.
- Step3:When you have done the above 2 steps, if the earbuds are reset successfully, the white lights of the left and right earbuds will flash quickly.
It took us several tries to get the earbuds reconnected. It was hard holding down the earbuds since they are rather small, and the touch area is tiny. Once we were able to get the earbuds working together again, we never had any issues. In fact, the earbuds were enjoyable to use during daily exercises, walks and commuting to work. The stereo sound was full, and the noise cancelling worked nicely on our phone calls.
Cost
The Tribit FlyBuds C2 True Wireless earbuds retail for $79.99 and available on Amazon.
