Faraday Future scales back, way back
Then There Were Two Faraday Future, the flashy electric car company that wooed CES with its high-design vehicles, will be making just two different vehicles now, now the previously promised seven, according to Reuters. Faraday is also shrinking the size of its the factory planned for the US to about one-fifth its size, for now. Faraday is clearly going after Tesla's market, the more well-established electric car company, with models priced above $100,00 for its Roadster, and $170,000 for its Tesla Model X, for example. Faraday too is a more luxury model and will reportedly start selling its first models at $150,000 and above.
Hands Required Google just ended Hands Free, the app that let users register their image and a payment method—and then sent that information through Bluetooth, Wi-Fi and other means from your phone to the register. Wesley Snipes in VR Wesley Snipes is said to filming a 10-minute VR flick called "The Recall VR Abduction," says Variety. (Of interest is Snipes description of what it's like to act in a VR film which he described as being more like a play as the viewer can change the angle and see action all around them. VR is certainly challenging the idea of how films will be shot—and how narratives will be told—in this new viewer controlled environment. We think Wesley Snipes will do just fine.

Not that this would be any different than in years past—but the Federal Aviation Administration wants to make sure that drone owners don't play fast and loose. So a 34.5 mile perimeter has been drawn around the NRG Stadium in Houston, TX. Okay?
