Mark Zuckerberg channels his inner Spiderman

Facebook VR Mark Zuckerberg took to Facebook, of course, to show off prototypes for new virtual reality gloves that the social media company is working on in-house. Facebook's CEO donned the gloves, along with a, yes, Oculus Rift VR headset, giving the Spiderman gesture and leaving viewers to think what kind of criminal he may be tying up with his virtual Spiderman web. Zuckerberg notes that the goal of this particular team is to make VR and AR "glasses small enough to take anywhere..."

Date Keeper Microsoft's Cortana is now able to mine your emails and alert you to upcoming appointments. The reminders are sent through Microsoft Windows (which makes sense) but iOS and Android users will be able to take advantage of the feature in a matter of weeks. (Via TechCrunch)
